Password reset policy
If you have forgotten the password to your primary account, the actions to reset it depend on the type of primary account you have
Entity-specific accounts
like "1234.AndersonA"
Contact your manager to reset the password for this primary account.
Corporate accounts
like "AndersonA@jtax.com"
Use your work computer to reset your password by pressing ctrl-alt-delete and selecting "Change a password".
Or contact IT-Security to request a password reset.
