• What is a primary account?

  Primary accounts are ways for users that have one or more JHnet identities to link them together under a common username and password.

• I don't have a primary account, what do I do?

  Click the "I have an alternate sign in" button and follow the instructions.

Alternate Sign In

• What is an alternate sign in?

  Alternate sign ins are used for these cases:

  • My manager gave me a JHnet user to sign in with and I have not setup a primary account for it
  • I need to sign in with my office or entity account
  • I have TaxSchool credentials
